Parts Preferences: by brand or type: I'm more comfortable with Intel. Large case not a problem if it helps noise. Quiet is key. Sort of prefer nVidia, but will listen.

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 native (Samsung 50" plasma TV)


Additional Comments: QUIET, unobtrusive build. no boy racer stuff. Will go in my living room. Have 7.1 Onkyo HT.

That 850w psu is way over kill for that build not to mention it's a hose job with your budget and it's cost. If you plan on over clocking with two of those cards in the future than a 750w psu is the sweet spot. Also try some combo's to save $. This XFX psu down below is manufactured by Seasonic as is that Corsair you have up there.
