around USD$1300 gaming PC build right choice ?

i usually use as
gaming & record gameplay like (bf4 watch,dogs,titanfall,minecraft)
and i want the graphic can run ultra/high while recording (fraps)
twitch
dual monitors
no overclocking

i am living in Hong Kong the price maybe cheaper
i wanna build a round $1300

-case and monitor i dun know how to choose

question to ask ??
1)should i choose r9 290 replace gtx770 and buy a watch dogs copy for myself ?

2)16GB ram enough to run premiere pro cs6 and gaming together?

3)did i need to use the exact same monitors to run dual monitors?

4)i7 4771 or 4790 is better?

For choosing a case, let aesthetics be your first priority (you do have to see it probably every day) then look for problems others have described in reviews, go from there.
Answers to questions
1) You'll get slightly better performance from the R9-290 (one tier higher according to Tom's here http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html ) so, if you want Watch Dogs, then sure. Shouldn't be a problem
2) I would expect 16GB of ram to be enough for what you're describing there
3) No, not a requirement. But I'll suggest the monitors be the same resolution, refresh rate and size for visual comfort
4) The Core i7 4790 is better (not by much but it is better)
