Hello, my speed connection was crap lately so i tried to power cycle modem that didn't help. so i chatted with support to hopefully refresh signals. well the tech support on chat room asked me if modem on a power surge and it was so he asked me to disconnect it and connect it to power outlet and as i did my modem arris sbg6580, send and receive light(' blue light') was blinking non stop for maybe 2 minutes and then it reboots itself and cycle keeps going over and over i contacted manufacturer and they asked me to call twc and asked them to remove my modem from system and add it back on so i called twc and they said i need another modem so they can switch the modem onto that one and switch it back and i didnt have extra one so i had no option but rent one from twc and its pissing me off cause i really think they making my modem giving it weak signal since its my arris sbg6580 i dont wanna pay extra $10 month so they got tech visit what should i do
