All you numbers are within the recommended range. You likely rebooted it not too long ago. You generally always see some errors on that screen. As long as there are not many uncorrectable errors you will not sett issues. There should be a log screen also. That one will more clearly tell your if the modem is actually dropping or getting other issues.
 
SYNC errors are not a good thing. There is some issue between you and the ISP cable cabenet in your neighborhood. Hard to say what it is the ISP should see something on their end. Could be interfering signals form some neighbors house.

ime this is a tough problem to get an isp to address. Multiple calls until you get the right agent that sees the issue and gets it to the right place to fix it. Usually a 1-2 wk fix.
