i want to be able to get in and disable my wireless but admin and password is not working. i have also reset it many of times at most holding reset button for 1 minute at longest

i have tried all sorts of other combos of just admin for user and leave password blank and vice versa.

it is from suddenlink and i am guessing they somehow set thier own default user and password. so i know i need to call them, but i have never had a problem logging into rented modems before

The default has been changed Im guessing, so you'll need to call your network provider.

i was able to figure it out finally, they use cusadmin which allows for basic changes. which i was able to turn wireless off. but for future needs of my own router and using bridged mode. i think is best to buy a modem and save on the rental fee
