page up and down on pressing up and down key is very slow

Turn the keyboard upside down and tap the keyboard several times on it's backside. Make sure not to bang it very hardly.

If the problem persists take those two keys out by using a thin flat head screwdriver or something and clean the junk which filled in this will make those two keys of yours faster. Hope this helps.
