Arrow up doesn't work and can't use H or G buttons

Hello, Is there a trick to make the Arrow Up button work and to be able to use H or G keys??

I have a Dell latitude E6410

No tricks, just press the button. If they are not working, try removing the keyboard and cleaning the keys. Lots of gunk/crap/dust/hair/etc/etc gets stuck under keys and can make then un-responsive.
