About 2-3 days ago i saw some weird artefacts on my screen. This mostly happened during animation. I was running an OC'ed gpu so the first thing that i did was restore the clocks, which i did. Strange enough i was running that OC for the past year or so, never did these artefact poped up. They started to be a burden when they appeared in the lock screen causing me to restart my pc.I tried to play some games and check for the artefacts. All i can say is that the game crashes and i get a message: "application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware". Also a BSOD code: VIDEO_DRIVER_INIT_FAILURE.

Here is what i have done to try to solve it:
1) restore gpu clocks.
2) restore cpu clocks
3) Reset bios
4) reset windows10 setting
5) Fresh install of windows 10.
6) reseat gpu in pcie slot.
7) checked for any loose connections to gpu as well as to the monitor.
8) Reinstall latest driver from nvidia with clean install as well.
9) Doing a clean boot and safe boot
10) Doing that tdr delay in windows registry
I dont know if it will help or not, i tried dusting my pc with a small brush. I have been doing that since 2 years now, never saw these artefacts before.

Here are my specs:
CPU: i7 4770k
GPU: gtx 780ti
PSU: 750watts ( cooler master g750m)
RAM: 16gb ddr3 @ 1600mhz
SSD: 850 evo 128 gb
MOBO: msi B85M g43

I drive my car for a year at over 100MPH, but now my tires are balding faster than they should. This didn't happen when I was first driving 100MPH.

Same statement, same logic applied, same result. Overusing past the specifications (your not expected to be driving over 100MPH on normal tires) of 'normal use' you wear it out faster. You burned down the lifespan IMO / Overheating it over time. I would check the temps, check airflow, take side off, dust it off, and leave door open. If you still see same issues then you basically...

I tried my best to dust it off, i also tried running via hd 4600 in the i7 and noticed no artefacts. I am pretty sure that the problem now lies in the 780ti. Something else that i can do to try to fix it?
