ram is at max settings for overclock and if you look at your last picture your gpu now run lower in temp on load so made sure fans on it are clean and witch air flow you have in the case you might try to overclock ram but not sure it will made any effect .
Are you use the computer for gaming? If yes, does it have any other issues you know about? How often do this happens? Any common factors that might lead up to this?
For gaming yeah
It's absolutely new, except GPU, all thoughts I have about is RAM and PSU, but PSU is new too, RAM I tested other 2 planks Samsung, same result, but usually it happens when I have it overlocked

see if you put manually the certified jedec setthing for this ram in bios and apply what would be the speed of it also use the gpu-x rendering option to stress test gpu and hwinfo to follow temp voltages and fan speed of it then you could post a picture of cpu-z and hwinfo page here .

I got it ... but not fully, you mean turn on stress test on GPU and show voltages and so on?

yeah, seems like, but my memory have two "??" so I can't find info which it is, AFR or MFR, so it's bluscreening sometimes, but whatever, I dont see artefacts now, let's see, thanks for info actually, you made me look at voltages
