Artic Freezer 13 Limited Edition and i7 4790K

My friend just purchased the Artic Freezer 13 Limited Edition the other week and then has just upgraded to a AMD FX 9590 with a H80i. He said i could have the Artic Freezer for a cheap price from him so i did. I was thinking of building a PC and was wondering would this work with a i7 4790k or should i buy something else? Thanks

For nothing really. He wanted to pick up a new motherboard today but was short on some cash. He said i could have it if i gave him the money until he gets payed at the end of the week. Would you recommend i get the 212? I am planning on 3D modeling, programming and playing games on the machine so i don't want it to overheat. Would it be okay until i get a water cooler and maybe overclock it?
