Artic Silver burn in time

Does anyone know what the curing time is for a "fresh application" of artic silver 5

By curing time, i mean when does artic silver show its benefits

They specified it as up to 200hours, which is a ridiculously long cure time.

People has claimed up to 5C temp decrease, but I have yet to see that. So far, the most I've seen AS5 improve is 1-2C, that's it.
