Question Artifacting on textures in Games

As of late certain games have been having weird texture issues. I've reinstalled the drivers for my GPU and did a clean install of it as well.

Is this a sign that my GPU is dying, or do I need to change its thermal paste? Its not overclocked and I've bitcoin mined on it for around 50 hours or so last year.

GPU: AORUS Master 3080 10G
OS: Windows 11 Pro
RAM: 32gb Trident neo 3600mhz
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 1600 P2 80+ Platinum
