Artifacting (?) on twitch ONLY on Chrome

So i recently started overclocking and i did stability test saw nothing out of the ordinary.
But after some time of watching Twitch stream this started happening (http://gyazo.com/f9abf4817f145721b657baaad6f1c9fc)

I tried disabling hardware acceleration and going back to stock.
It does not happen on Youtube or other browsers

Just a bug in your particular version of chrome w/ your hardware setup. I'd try rolling back a version or two to see if the issue persists.
