Question Artifacting on two different GPUs in the same computer?

I'm starting to get weird problems with my GPU. My old graphics card started doing artifacting in all my games, so I chose to send it back (I'll get it back next week). Right now I have an RTX 2070 as a loan card, but it's also starting to do artifacting? It started in GTA V, but now it is also starting to come in CS:GO? It started to come after a little time of playing in CS:GO, so it wasn't there at the beginning...

I got the RTX 2070 last Friday (8. january) and it made Artifacting in GTA right away, so don't quite know what it can be... :/

I'm starting to get the feeling that it's something in my computer that's to blame, but I really have no idea..?

Specs:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900
GPU: GeForce RTX 2070 (Normally RTX 2080 Super)
Storage: 1TB NVME M.2 SSD - x2 223GB Sata SSD
PSU: Corsair TX650M
Memory: 32GB 3000MHz Corsair

I tried:
  • I've tried downloading an older version of the NVIDIA Control Panel driver.
  • I've tried deleting the graphics card under 'Device Manager'.
  • I've tried reinstalling GTA V.

I really hope someone can help, because it seems really weird...
