Question Artifacting

I am facing artifacting issue on my asus rtx 2070 after a month of usage my fans are working fine drivers are update when i am playing a heavy game on high it suddenly crashes and how even i am seeing black screens while turning on the pc help

Have you tried turning all GPU settings to the lowest? Does it still do this? If so could well be a faulty GPU and may need RMA. Can you test it in another PC at all?
