Artifacts after startup, error 43 on graphics card in device manager

The card is a MSI Gt 630 2GB.
So when I install drivers for my GT 630 it shows artifacts after boot logo.
The artifacts last for a second or two and then boots "normally", but there's error code 43 on my graphics card in device manager. Same happens with WDDM drivers... I've tried literally everything: cleaning the card, changing the thermal paste, installed older drivers...
I've even tried Lubuntu and it didn't work.
Help.

Error 43 or Code 43 for Windows is a generic error. You can use this guide to debug the issue http://pcsupport.about.com/od/errorc/a/code-43-error.htm

The error happens because the hardware is telling windows something is going wrong and windows doesn't know what is wrong with it. Since you have clean and reapply thermal past and after reinstalling new drivers it still does that, there is a good chance that your gfx could be dying.
