ARTIFACTS AND FLICKERING in many game :( please help

when i installed my new gtx 750 ti, the problem was come. in other hand, i played games like skyrim, assassins creed 4, GTA 5, its always artifacts, flickering, black screen and turn back to normal again. but, a few second later, its happen again i tired to fix this. all step is not working. sometimes, games would crash, and windows send massage "display driver stopped responding and has recovered. display nvidia windows kernel mode driver, version 361.75. stopped responding and has successfully recovered"

BUT, its not all kind games to be like that, i played mafia 2 in ultra setting working perfectly, assassins creed rouge working perfectly.

my specs :

INTEL i7 3770
nvidia GTX 750 TI
ASUS H61M-C
AMACROX 500 WATT 80 CERTIFICATED

monitor : LG 20M35

and i dont even have a high temperature. its very well.

Make sure you have the latest BIOS, mobo and GPU drivers, if that doesmn't help, my guess would be the PSU may be going south

thanks for your answer. but, i already did that. i think my psu still well, because i let my pc on until 5 days its never had a problems. and this problems still make me confuse, because when i play assassins creed rouge as i know its very need more specs than skyrim, its worked very well.

especially for gta 5, when i do a first missions franklin stole the car, and a few second later, franklin car goes wrecked like crushed by tank. and black screen. then, i had a massage like this
