Question Artifacts in BIOS only

When I turn on my computer after it was off for more than a couple of minutes I see weird artifacts on the bottom 2/3rds of the screen. They disappear before the login screen and seem to get worse the longer PC was off. I tried reseating GPU, different HDMI/DP cables, switching between GPU and MOBO DP ports, enabling CSM and even updated the BIOS but nothing helps. It started happening a week ago without any apparent cause. How to fix it?

How to fix it?

Try updating to different BIOS versions.

What model motherboard?
Generally that's not a problem. You go into BIOS only to set up some settings.
After that there's no need to go into BIOS ever again.

Well, I tried enabling fast boot and now theres no display... I've seen it during windows booting too

Reset BIOS settings with onboard Clear_CMOS jumper.

And do not enable Fast Boot. It often causes problems. Better to have it disabled.

CMOS reset fixed the display issue. I guess I'll just live with this BIOS issue for now, maybe it will fix itself later 😛

You can try different older BIOS versions.

I'm now 100% sure my display is causing it. It disappears when I turn it off and on again and the artifacting is also visible on its UI
