Artifacts in game, pass all stress tests

Hey so here is the story so far

I have had issues with artifacts in some games since the start with this card, I have rma'd it once and they found no issues with it, ive replaced the ram and psu so far and am still having issues, could it be the mobo ?

specs are:

i5 4670k @ 3.8
R9 280x
z97x ud3h mobo
750w psu
corsair cpu liquid cooler
16gb ram

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to spend the money bringing it in if I can find out what needs to be replaced before hand.

You could try using msi afterburner to add some voltage to the card, or underclocking the core/memory.

Have you fixed the issue? I am having similiar problem,but just in some applications.
