Hello everyone!
I need professional assistance with a weird problem with my display.
There are strange artifacts (colored horizontal lines) flashing on the display all the time, especially on dark color pictures.
The problem appeared after I installed a new graphics card (MSI GeForce GTX 1060 instead of MSI GTX 760). When I turn on the PC, I saw these lines in BIOS, loading screens, desktop, and applications. BUT temperature is Ok, FPS in games (Destiny 2 and Overwatch) is 60 or higher; no any lags, etc. When I called to my friend via Discord and share screen he did not saw any lines...
I made a screenshot, video, and photo:

First of all, I thought that G.Card is broken, however, I installed it in another PC (where this card was installed and work properly before). It was alright, with no lines and artifacts.
After that I checked the HDMI cable, I use an HDMI connection. I did several tests:
I am sure that G-card is not damaged because it properly works in another PC, Display and HDMI are also good. I really need help with this question, I have no idea what is going on with my PC… I even install new windows 10 with all new official drivers.
My PC spec:
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
CPU: Intel Core i5 4460 @ 3.20GHz Haswell 22nm Technology

Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. B85M-E (SOCKET 1150)

- Another Display and my PC with a new card using my HDMI – work well
