as a gamer is it worth OC ing RAM, and should i enable XMP in msi bios?

i have moderate experience on OC ing my GC and CPU. but none with RAM. i read allot in these forums about people with RAM OC questions. Why do it? Like my specs are here. with 2x 8gbs of gskills, there blue units.
lastly do i enable xmp profile in the msi bios? all i touch is the core voltage, change it to advanced mode, and select all cores and change the multiplier. i never mess with and vcc ring ratio i leave all that other stuff AUTO.

Run the ram at it's rated speed , not worth overclocking.

XMP is fine to enable.
