About where my friend was scared about his 660 Ti and the PS4. Well, he found a good 660 Ti on craigslist for $120 and he bought it and it works perfectly, so now he runs them in 660 Ti SLI.

Will this run better than the PS4 (performance, graphics, etc.)?

That can't be measured.
Consoles and PCs are not the same at all, and we can't even know how well a PS4 performs until it is released.

However, that being said, physical power-wise, yes it is definitely better than a PS4, in terms of GPU.
But consoles are better-optimised than PCs, so it remains to be seen whether or not his PC will perform better than a PS4.
