i got vision tek 7850 it runs all my game grate but i just would love to know if u should crossfire 2 7850 ot with what other card

You can only cross fire with two of the same card, so if you decide to crossfire you'll need another VisionTek 7850. You can expect ~35% more performance out of crossfire, but keep in mind that you'll have a whole new host of problems with drivers and whatnot. It's your decision whether that's worth it or not.
