Question AS Rock stuck in bios with no boot priority

I have recently updated my motherboard to a AS Rock H570.

It constantly kicks into the bios on startup and won't leave. It finds the HD and SSD but looking at the boot priority, nothing is listed. I've tried everything to get it into windows.

Any help?

You're currently on BIOS version P1.30, the latest here is P1.70. Gradually work your way to version 1.70(P1.30>1.40>1.70) and see if you can get the SSD's to come up in BIOS. Speaking of which what are the make and models of your storage. Another big mistake, put the sticks of ram in your motherboard, on slots A2 and B2. Make and model of your PSU?

It doesn't appear to recognise the fat32 usb with the upgraded file. No image detection.
