so i have just got the b450 aorus pro wifi and i have 4 HDD and 1 SSD which i wanted to connect to the motherboard and the sata ports are working fine but the two ASATA ports that are near the ram part on the motherboard are not working. I tried changing the sata cables but still doesn't work and don't know what is the problem or how to fix it (it is enabled in the BIOS but unable to detect any hdd)

I suspect there is a reason those ports are labelled "APU SATA." The Raven Ridge APUs supposedly have two Asmedia SATA attached directly to the CPU's onboard I/O ("northbridge"). In any case the b450 chipset ("southbridge") itself only supports four SATA.

If that's the case then those ports are as useless as the motherboard display outputs, unless you install an APU.
