aser aspire E15 E5 575G goes out of power when on battery.

i recently bought acer aspire E15 E5-575G and it goes out of power when on batter. it doesnot happen always. sometime its fine for a day then it happen again. there is no fixed time or day to happen. this happen only on battery it is fine when on ac adapter. i have tried factory formating it but no luck. please help.

I am a tad confused. Do you mean the battery runs out? Which is normal. Or do you mean it won't stay on when running on battery alone?

If you are referring to the latter, then you should contact the manufacturer about a repair or replacement as a new device shouldn't do that.
