Asetek 510LC, time to flush?

It'll be 2 years in October since I got my custom PC. I've been cleaning the dust out regularly, every month or so, and I'm wondering what to do about the liquid in the cooler (Asetek 510LC). I use the PC very often for hours a day, gaming or heavy CPU use not so much lately.

When I power on the PC, I hear the water get going, except by now it sounds more like less liquid flowing, like the flow or tubes are narrower than they used to be or there's less water. Do I have to "flush"? What tools/supplies would I need? Is it just plain water? Are there any risks for beginners? After flushing, can I be sure everything's in the right place, tight and well-secured?

TIA!

Solution
Your cooler is an All-In-One, no maintenance needed or expected. It is not set up to be taken apart or serviced other than cleaning dust off it and the fans. I will recommend cleaning the fans and radiator, perhaps even monitoring your temps but refill/disassembly is not recommended
