Question Asgards wrath download issues

I paid 30 quid for the game and and it wont download .always get a sorry we cant download asgards wrath as a notification .Im downloading it on my hdd as my ssd does not have enough space , i have over 600gb of storage left the and the game wont download , any help would be much appreciated
