Asia horse rgb remote unresponsive

So my RGB Asiahorse fans came in today, and it came witha remote to change the colors and theme and such, but any button i press isnt working, anyone know how i can fix this? or if thres a software i can download to change the colors? iu tried googling rgb software for asiahorse but nothing came up

Does it use a battery? Did you charge it? Contact the vendor?
