ask about Power supply Voltage

ihave a 500watt goldenkey PSU with
+3.3V = 32A
+5V = 40A
+12V1 = 18A
+12V2 = 18A
- 12V = 0.8A
+5V = 2.5A

i really dont know if its Fine or bad
but when im playing League of Legens or Dragon Nest im experiencing Some kind of Random Freeze but only last 2~3 sec (its really annoying) mostly when u do a combo moves or when the clash is already there

i only have
2gb ram
GPU: NVIDIA GT220
PSU:500watt goldenkey
MotherBoard: ECS 945GCT-M2
Procc: intel Core 2 Duo E4300
.
and i forgot to say that last time my PSU is reached his limit and broked so that i put a new 500watt but ididnt know anything about it.. i simply put it in my personal comp.
and im a hardcore player sometimes i play Dragon nest with Dual Client for 3~6hrs a day
so i think my GPU is the problem too

500W is probably more than sufficient for your system, although I am totally unfamiliar with its brand name. I only use quality PSUs from top tier companies such as Seasonic, XFX, Corsair or Antec. And a GT 220 is barely a gaming video card, so it could very well be your issue, although only having 2 GB of RAM may be causing issues as well.

thanks for your fast reply im really gratefull ^_^
maybe need to upgrade my 2gb ram to 4gb ram
and i already make a lil search for my board ram
and it says i need a pc2/DDR2 4gb ram because
my board have 2slot of RAM but the other one is not working...
