Question ask about ryzen 3200g

hello there i have ryzen 3200g
and i want to know what is recommended
voltage and my voltage is 1.4 made the temperature reach to 67C and if i decrease the volt in all suit is safe or not and thanks

1.4V should be safe for a 1+ (2xxx) Ryzen. The 1.4 hard cap was more in reference to the first gen CPU.
Probably a good idea if you are going to OC/OV to consider a better performing cooler than the stock one, if you haven't already.
