[SOLVED] [ask] About soldered cpu IHS

I have an old rig that i still use it today for hackintosh
Its core 2 quad q9400
the first issue here the temp each core has difference about +10c each core
I was thinking if i can fix it by delid the ihs and apply good thermal paste on it. Because i notice my q9400 ihs have a small gap (from the cpu board) than my other cpu (c2d e4500)

but my concern here. I saw an soldered ihs on old cpu like (q6600). Which make it impossible to delid without damaging the cpu die.
Is this q9400 also soldered? Anyone can confirm it?
