All your mechanical keyboards (except the 910) are tactile, are you going to release linear keyboards as they are the most popular for gaming?

There have been complaints about broken keycaps in the G710+, have you addressed this issue?

Hows been the feedback on the 910, a lot of people complained about the membrane feel, will you keep cherry mx on some keyboards in the future?

What are you working on now? Are we going to see new mouse and keyboards from you next year?

Do you have any plans to bring back the legendary G9 to the market?

After using it for so long I wore out the rubber padding all over the mouse.

I bought a g700s because it's the same shape but I would really like to see the dark field laser implementation into gaming mice. It just doesn't feel the same without it.

As with most features, gamers tend to have very strong opinions about whether tilt wheels are good for gaming or not. So we include the feature in some of our mice, and don't include it in others. In this particular case G502, G600, and G700s all have tilt function, while G302, G402, and G602 don't. It's really a matter of making as many people happy as possible.

Honestly, Darkfield is really not suited for gaming. Its responsiveness and accuracy are much more oriented around standard office use. Not all sensors feel alike, and moving from the Performance MX to G700s definitely brings a change in tracking feel.

Having used a Logitech G910 Orion Spark keyboard, I can say that the keyboard is superbly designed (except maybe for the contoured shapes of the keys, but to each his own) . However, the Logitech Gaming Software that controls the lighting effects on the keyboard is lacking in content and features. Are there any current plans to implement per profile lighting effects that can be imported/exported and other features? I would like to see something similar to the level of customization that the Corsair Utility Engine (C.U.E) offers for Corsair's Vengence RGB line of keyboards.

Any chance we'd see a mouse with adjustable sensitivity for the mouse buttons? I have a tendency to mistakenly press the right mouse button in shooters especially when I'm tired (zooming out when I don't mean to). I would like to see either an adjustable setup for the buttons or an FPS mouse with a right mouse button that actually takes more force to register.

Can you elaborate on the G302's "Metal Spring Button Tensioning System"? Exactly what's under the button that makes a difference? Also, I could feel a slight difference between the left and right mouse buttons, as if the right button is very slightly damper. Is that just me, or there actually is a difference?

There is literally a small spring attached to the topcase. It is designed to remove pre-travel by ensuring the actuator on the underside of the keyplate is always in contact with the microswitch. The challenge with this type of design is doing it in a way that is both effective and doesn't cause unintended clicks.

Minor differences in left/right button feel are likely due to mechanical part tolerances. They're designed to feel as similar as possible.

Any plans for a 7.1 (or even 5.1) USB headset with a 10 speaker set up like some of your competitors?

We currently have 3 USB 7.1 headsets: the G430, G35 and the wireless G930. I can't really discuss future product plans, but we always have interesting improvements and innovation in the hopper.

The G910 Orion Spark was announced a few months ago.. The local stores announced, that it would most likely be available in the beginning of December this year.. As time passes, the deadline keeps getting pushed more and more forward.. Latest estimate is sometime in January..

I am talking about the Nordic version of the G910..

Any idea, when it actually will be available in stores in the nordic countries / Denmark?

1. Are you allowed to comment on a possible successor to the Driving Force GT or the G27? I really want to buy one, but I cant help but feel like theres a new one coming up.
2. Do you plan on selling replacement keycaps for the G710+? I have a single broken key and I'd be willing to buy a whole new set just so I can have backups.
3. Were there ever any really cool/odd product concepts that never made it to production that you are able to talk about?

I know Logitech is very hush hush on future products, but would Logitech entertain, a user based suggestion system on Logitech.com?

I have idea of a newer version of a G13 I would like to express, and I think others would like to be able to put their 2 cents in getting newer products and enhancements going. This could also include a voting system for features to be added or removed. Very similar to what Logitech did to help create PX57

For me I would like to help in designing or at least supply input towards future devices that us the gamers would enjoy.

Another question I have is with Windows 10 coming, will drivers be created for older products ? Such as G25 racing wheels? Or will there be products phased out by the newer windows?

I can't give you an exact arrival date as that would be per store, but I just confirmed that G910s have already shipped from our warehouse for shops in the Nordics.
