What model exactly?

I've had 386 and 486 computers in the 90s, but none had heat-sink.

First time I saw a heat-sink was on a Pentium.

From those series I used mostly AMD, first one was Am386DX-20 or 25 I think. that came with cooler glued on. x486 were first with a fan.

This is a kind of open-ended question with multiple "correct" answers tbh. Like would you consider one of the processing boards on an OG CRAY super computer to be a CPU? Because those things needed liquid cooling.
