Question asking about opera VPN (proxy)

Hi,
i am using Opera's built-in VPN which is not a real a VPN
just a proxy using https

what is a https proxy?
for example i know https encypts my user name and passwords and don't show the rest of the website like https/www.yahoo.com/[ Not showed ] it shows only www.yahoo.com
my qustion is : when i use opera vpn can my IPS knows the whole website that i am looking for like https/www.yahoo.com/5jAt5UymN or only www.yahoo.com or nothing?

I do not know much about it myself but I do use it if you want something better then pay for one I got three year very limited nord vpn for only £3 off ebay worth every penny as I use it on my NAS.
