with gtx 750 ti, it is possibe to play 1080p but in lower settings. I would advice getting juicier gpu like gtx 960 or r9 280x.
Intel Pentium G3258 will do the trick unless you wanna play cpu demanding games like ARMA3, dayZ or doing some video editing
whats the need for another 3tb hdd? If just games, 1hdd with 1tb will do
