Hiya gkay @ the OP...we can't really do much for ya until you fill that link out that gkay posted. This way we have a base as to where to start.

+1 to the above build, just spend a bit extra on a decent motherboard (I predict smoke from that MSI with the lack of heatsinks....)

You're buying an unlocked K chip for a reason (overclocking) - need a motherboard that can get the true value out of a chip like that;

(I would've suggested the P8P67 Pro so you have crossfire/sli capability down the track but I wouldn't be putting slid gtx 570s on that PSU)
