asking for permission I already have

I am trying to delete some files and folders that I am the owner of, and have full permission to access. (See attached photo) I keep getting a message "You need permission to perform this action. You require permission from Administrators to make changes to this folder." I am the only user of this computer, and have full administrator privileges. Any ideas?

You may need to apply them recursively - just because the top level folder is owned by you doesn't mean every subfile/folder is.

Thanks for the reply. Every file and folder has the same permissions. I just picked one as an example for the screenshot.
