Question Aspire 3 A315-21-95LK RAM only running at 800 MHz

Good day everyone, is there anyway I can solve this problem?
The laptop says I have 8GB of DDR4 RAM, but I only saw one slot with 4GB installed on it. So it seems that the other one is soldered on the board (correct me if I'm wrong).
As I see the memory module installed inside is a 2400 MHz, but my laptop only runs at 800 MHz or 998 MHz at max.

I also think that maybe changing the memory frequency on the bios may help, but that kind of setting can't be seen on the v1.23 bios.

Try the ram stick in a different ram slot to get it in dual channel with the onboard.

The thing is, the board ONLY has ONE slot.
