Question Aspire M3802 RAM .

My Aspire M3802 PC has 4GB RAM. I have an old TEAM GROUP 2GB DDR2 800 CL5-5-15 1.8V . TED22GM80 from my old PC can I use it in my M3802 desktop to increase the RAM to 6GB. The SNID is 93900541427 if that helps.

Hey thanks for that, I was unsure if I could run 6GB of RAM and didn't want to make a mess of my PC.

Hey, I just saw the spec, if it is the SODIMM type, it will not work. Your desktop supports DIMM memory type only. TED22GM80 looks like SODIMM to me. So you may want to check that. And the system should have 64 Bit OS, that's another requirement for more than 4GB to work.

OK I will buy 2 new 2gb cards, thanks to all for your help
