Aspire psu?

I am getting a new psu soon.
Was thinking of Aspire 500w 2fan.

Anyone knowing if it is any good?
I would really want it to be quiet too.

I will have
p4 3.0GHZ; 2 IDE-drives; 2 optical drives; geforce ti4200; 2x512 pc3200; and 2 case fans

now I am having a 300w psu. Guessing that will be a little too small for this.

Am in need for a new psu or will my old one do it?
Is this Aspire any good?

I "inherited" an Aspire 550 with a used case I bought for my new rig. It ran fine for me and I had dual HD's, Dual DVD's, sound etc... You should be fine with a 500. It might not really be 500 watts but you'll have more than enough. I found the Aspire to run relatively cool, quiet (if you adjust the fan when not doing high graphics games) and the lights are way cool.
