Aspire T180 upgrade 2018

I’m upgrading my aspire T180. The computer came with 1gb of ddr2 ram, a AMD Athlon 3800+, and a intergraded NVidia graphics in the motherboard. I’m concerned with the stuff I got to upgrade the pc because the computer haves only 250w of power. The things I got to upgrade were a AMD Phenom X4 9650 quad core cpu, 4gb of ddr2 ram, and a Radeon HD 7450 1gb graphics card. I’m not thinking about overclocking anything so I have a little hope my pc won’t go into flames. Please let me know if I will be able to run all of these parts with this power supply

What do you plan on trying to do with it?

Going to be too slow and old for anything even remotely recent as far as gaming goes.

Im not going to use the use computer to play the newest games out there. Im just going to use it as a personal computer but i will try to play games like cs go and gta. Do you think the psu will be good for all these parts.

Won't be enough for GTA V, that game will kill it.

For older games... OLDER GAMES it should be fine depending on what they are.
