Aspire X1420-UR10P graphics card

Hi,
I want to know if there's a graphics card that can fit this machine. I had no luck with a GTX 650 which I am currently returning.

its a small form factor so you need a card that says small form factor or small form factor ready (low profile). Newegg is a good place to start.

it should fit you just have to make sure there is room to the side for the heatsink the card dimensions are 7.48" x 2.44" x 0.91"
