can you plz help me on my audio. my microphone was disable.. can you help re-activate my mic.. thanks

Disabled in where? Is it showing up in Device Manager? Any errors if it is? If it's disabled in there, right-click on it and Enable it. If you just muted it, go into the Control Panel, Audio Devices and unmute it. If it's not even installed, re-install the sound card drivers for your system from Acer.
