My lap-top is aspire6935G and product key is 7RX47-HTKXC-CD68J-OPP4M-7JG2F. i buied lap top in May'09 and my all program software and files currupted because of no reason. And there is no back up. Please advice.

Start over from scratch. Format your C: drive so that it is clean of viruses, then reinstall Vista along with the rest of your software.

Without any backups saved and corrupted files, that is the best advise I can offer.
