ASRock 939Dual Overclocking Capabilities

Does anyone know how well the ASRock 939Dual overclocks? I realize it is a fairly cheap board, but having both the AGP and PCI express slots is enticing. I would eventually like to go with an Opteron 165 and want to be able to overclock to its full potential (2.6ghz on avg!).

Board is made in china.

But they probably got good engineers.

I read somewhere that they are part of ASUS
(Cheap electonics+enginners=better then creator).
