which one is better for an extreme budget build?
can i use an ssd and directx12 with any of the two?

this is the build that i have in mind

cpu: fx 6300 vischera
gpu: r9 380 4gb nitro
ram: 2x4gb hyperx 1866mhz
hdd: 1 seagate 1tb(or wd blue, the cheapest one)
ssd: 1 kingston hyperx 120gb
psu: seasonic 520w

is the fx 6300 really that bad?
i have an amd sempron 145@2.80ghz, how much of an upgrade would the fx 6300 be for daily use(facebook, skype, youtube, etc)?

The boards both use an older chipset and are for 95W processors or less. As long as you don't OC or go beyond the 95W FX-6350, either board will be fine.

The FX-6300 will be night and day compared to the single core Sempron. http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-Sempron-145-vs-AMD-FX-6300/m6487vs1555

You can use any gfx card you want, any that will fit the case, any that won't bottleneck with the FX-6300.
You are about at that point with the R9-380. Good choices for a budget gamer.

i dont plan to overclock, because to overclock i would need a new psu,hyper212 and a better mobo, and for that price i can get an i5 4460+h81 and call it a day
i want to use this build on stock until i get money for an skylake upgrade in a couple years
the fx6300 stock can run gta san andreas, bioshock, morrowind, dota, etc well? or its only good for newer games

what about the Asrock N68-gs4, it says it comes with sata 3 6gbs and ide conector.
not sure what that means but its the same price
its reliable for daily use with 0 overclock? i dont want to buy this and have my computer on fire after a month or two

If this is the board you mean (N68-GS4 FX) http://www.asrock.com/mb/NVIDIA/N68-GS4%20FX/?cat=Specifications
...I only see SATA 2 listed in the specs. Again, older Nvidia chipset.

okay i guess i would pass on the hdd right now and buy an asus m5a97 le r2.0( or Msi 970a G43 , whatever is cheaper at the moment) and maybe in two or three months buy an hdd

mmmm ok why it gotta be so hard to build a pc?
why amd release such bad motherboards?
im thinking of waiting a month more and buy an i5 4460 and a h81m and get over the amd cheap crap good for nothing

I presume you meant SSD, not HDD. Yes, both those boards have SATA III. As SR-71 Blackbird says, neither of those boards will stand up to heavy OC'ing. They have low phase power and no heat sinks on the power transistors. You're going to find that the more you demand from a motherboard, the more you are going to have to pay for it. It's not that AMD boards are any poorer quality, it's just what you want to spend.

If you want to do some OC'ing and stay below $100 for a board, I've built with this MSI board and had pretty fair success.

Not as good an OC'er as some more expensive boards, but it is able to handle the stress.
