both are extremely good motherboard if you want fast boot speeds then go with the asrock if you want durability then go with the asus .. both are strong well designed boards .. in my opinion asus is generally a better choice

Both are very poor motherboards , with low quality thermal and power designs.

The LE has no heatsinks on the VRM's.

BEST BUDGET 970 BOARD ON THE MARKET WITH A 8+2 POWER PHASE DESIGN.
