Asrock 970 Pro3 R2.0 BIOS Update

On PC Part Picker the mobo (Above) says it MAY need a BIOS update, but ive been told not all need updates to use Vishera. I was wondering if anyone knows if it compatible without a BIOS update as i would not pick it otherwise. The complete build:

Wireless Network Adapter: TP-Link TL-WN881ND 802.11b/g/n PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter
Total: £460.02

So does anyone know how well the PC would perform and would i need a BIOS update? Thanks
