ASRock 970A-G/3.1 motherboard only sees windows on the 2nd bootup

new build pc but on fist boot it does not see the monitor no display message on the monitor but if i reboot it does see it
ive tried different cables and connections also chaged the monitor and graphics card still only boots 2nd time any ideas?

Disconnect the boot drive and try several cold boots. See if the 'no display' issue ever shows up that way. If so, it might be a motherboard issue. if not, you can probably feel safe in assuming the board is OK at least.
But it is best when you ask for that kind of advise to list your system specs.
